Salary: Up to $2,600/month
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays (till 1:30pm)
Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information on company products, services, or processes
Resolve basic issues or escalate complex cases to relevant departments
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution
Support ad hoc administrative or customer service duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle high call volumes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computer systems
