Call Centre Representative

We are looking for confident, fluent, and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to handle UK-based calls. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries professionally. Both fresh and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound UK customer calls
• Provide accurate information about company services and products
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Follow call scripts, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain customer records and update the database
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets
• Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Excellent English communication (listening + speaking)
• Clear and confident accent for UK customers
• Prior call centre experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to handle customer pressure calmly
• Basic computer skills (typing, browsing, CRM usage)
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills
• Professional and positive attitude
