We are looking for a Call Centre Representative (Arabic Speaking)

Must have good communication skills in Arabic and English Must

Good customer service experience

Call Center Agent Job Duties:

Specific responsibilities:

· Attend incoming calls and provide necessary assistance as per standards mentioned.

· Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner for appointments.

· Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics

· Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions

Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
