Call Handling Representative (Remote – Airbnb Management)

We are looking for a reliable Call Handling Representative to manage guest communication for US-based Airbnb properties. The role involves handling incoming calls, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, assist with bookings and check-in/check-out inquiries, resolve basic issues or escalate when needed, maintain a calm and professional tone, and record guest interactions. Low call volume 8-10 calls per day.

Requirements:

Strong English communication with a neutral/US accent, customer and call center service experience (preferred), good problem-solving skills, and a reliable internet connection with a quiet workspace.
