Location: South Punjab Hospital, Multan.

South Punjab Hospital is a leading healthcare facility committed to providing high-quality medical services with compassion and excellence. To strengthen our front-line communication team, we are seeking a professional and dedicated Call Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments and appointments.
  • Direct calls to relevant departments and medical staff.
  • Maintain call logs and update patient appointment schedules.
  • Handle patient inquiries with politeness, patience and empathy.
  • Coordinate with OPD and emergency departments when needed.
  • Follow communication protocols and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate (F.A/F.Sc) or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior 1 year experience as a call operator, customer service agent is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, call management software).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
