Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments and appointments.
- Direct calls to relevant departments and medical staff.
- Maintain call logs and update patient appointment schedules.
- Handle patient inquiries with politeness, patience and empathy.
- Coordinate with OPD and emergency departments when needed.
- Follow communication protocols and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate (F.A/F.Sc) or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior 1 year experience as a call operator, customer service agent is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, call management software).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
