Call Operator / Customer Support Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Operator at Square X. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls for a restaurant, taking food orders accurately, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes only light admin work. Candidates should have clear English communication skills with a British accent and the ability to handle calls efficiently during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for restaurant orders
• Take food orders accurately and enter them into the system
• Guide customers about menu items, deals, and availability
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely
• Perform only light admin work
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone on calls
• Ensure all orders are correctly recorded and delivered on time

Requirements

• Good English communication skills with a British accent (must)
• Previous experience in call handling or customer service (preferred)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
