Overview

Schneider's Dairy, a family-owned company, is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and service minded individual to fill the position of a Customer Service Call Center Representative. As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making inbound and/or outbound phone calls on behalf of our clients, customer orders and providing optimal customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Consistently provide customer service and order taking with courtesy, integrity and efficiency to meet customer and company expectations in a very fast paced environment
• Operates as a key resource for customers on products, product availability, delivery days and customer concerns
• Responsible for the timely and accurate input of customer orders on a daily basis
• May need to work in Accounts Receivable Department and Receptionist (office is cross trained)

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in 10 key computer entering - required
• Prior Call Center/Inside Sales experience - preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize issues
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• General office experience utilizing copier, fax machine and adding machine
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel/Word) is a plus

Additional Information

• Schedule varies Monday - Saturday as well as hours 7:00am - 3:30pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm
