Job Role:

• Listen to recorded Bengali customer service calls
• Evaluate call quality and communication standards
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to agents
• Prepare simple daily audit reports
• Support the quality team in improving overall service

Skills Required:

• Must be fluent in Bengali (speaking and understanding)
• Good listening and observation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)
• Focused and detail-oriented

Salary: 6,000 to 10,000 per month
