Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor & Evaluate Calls – Listen to inbound/outbound calls and assess them based on quality parameters and business compliance.
✅ Prepare Quality Reports – Document findings and create daily/weekly/monthly QA reports.
✅ Provide Feedback – Conduct feedback sessions and coaching for agents to improve performance.
✅ Identify Gaps – Highlight process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
✅ Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with Team Leaders & Operations to implement corrective actions.
✅ Maintain Compliance – Ensure all calls adhere to company guidelines and regulatory standards.Qualifications & Required Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
