Salary: PKR 50,000 to 60,000 (based on experience) + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Present the benefits of receiving cash offers for their property.
- Gather and document information on property condition, motivation to sell, and timelines.
- Address inquiries and objections confidently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills with a clear accent.
- Confidence and professionalism while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work in the EST time zone (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
