We are a large towing company located in Liberty MO. We operate sixteen trucks through the metro and our goal is to help people in crisis situations, including but not limited to, Police departments, Cash Customers, Auto Repair Facilites and Dealerships.

We are looking for a Call Taker/Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, accurately recording customer information, and providing assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner. The Call Taker will also be required to provide accurate information regarding the company's services, products, and policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and collected in high-pressure/stressful situations.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information to callers and drivers
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual for further assistance.
• Record customer information accurately and all details of the call into our dispatching platform.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
• Dealership/Automotive experience is helpful.
• Will be sitting and working on a computer most of shift
• Must be able to type accurately and quickly
• Must be able to multi-task
• Attention to detail is a must
• General knowledge of the Kansas City area is required
• General Automotive knowledge is very helpful
• Must have previous experience answering a phone in a professional setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
