Call Transfer Agents

We are expanding our Sales & Support Team, and we are looking for motivated Call Transfer Agents to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and transfer them to the Sales/Support team
• Make occasional follow-up calls (No selling required)
• Maintain call logs and update CRM
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Support the sales team with coordination

Requirements:

• Confident in handling phone calls
• Basic English communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to follow scripts and instructions

• Call center experience
• CRM knowledge
