Call Transfer Agents

We are expanding our Sales & Support Team and are looking for motivated Call Transfer Agents to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and transfer them to the Sales/Support team
• Make occasional follow-up calls (No selling required)
• Maintain call logs and update the CRM
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Support the sales team with coordination tasks

Requirements:

• Confidence in handling phone calls
• Basic English communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and professional
• Ability to follow scripts and instructions
• Minimum 1 year of experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems
