Calligrapher

Job Title: Calligrapher
We are seeking an ARABIC SPEAKER talented and detail-oriented Calligrapher to create visually stunning, hand-lettered designs for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate has strong artistic skills, excellent penmanship, and the ability to produce high-quality customized lettering for print and digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom hand-lettered designs for invitations, envelopes, certificates, signage, branding materials, and artwork
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements and style preferences
• Develop calligraphy in various styles (modern, traditional, script, gothic, etc.)
• Prepare layout drafts and mockups for approval
• Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, spacing, and alignment
• Maintain consistency and quality across large-volume projects
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
• Package and prepare finished products for delivery or event setup

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in calligraphy, hand lettering, or typography
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and completed projects
• Excellent attention to detail and steady hand control
• Knowledge of different inks, nibs, brushes, and specialty papers
• Basic understanding of design principles (composition, spacing, color)
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow brand guidelines or creative direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Photoshop)
• Background in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
• Experience working on weddings, corporate events, or branding projects

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
