Job Summary
NextGen Capital Solution / Zenith Business Solution is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate – Lead Generation to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads
• Present the company’s services clearly and confidently to potential clients
• Gather, verify, and maintain accurate client information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with the closing team
• Maintain organized and updated records in the CRM system
• Follow approved scripts and sales processes while keeping conversations natural and engaging
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, compliance, and call quality

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, and email)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Previous sales or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 per month
