Calling Agent (Inbound Order Booking)

We are hiring motivated and responsible Calling Agents to handle incoming customer calls and book orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally

Book and confirm orders accurately in the system

Provide basic product information and assist customers

Maintain accurate records of calls and orders

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate

Basic knowledge of MS Office is mandatory

Good communication and listening skills

Ability to work in a professional call-handling environment

Prior experience in a call center or order booking will be a plus

Working Conditions:

Office-based position

Training will be provided
