Calling Agent (Local Project - Day time)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Call Agent to promote and sell technology products to local businesses and individual customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Introduce and explain our technology products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer records.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of technology products and services.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Fluency in English and local language(s).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
