Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Calling Agent to generate sales for our Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and IT Services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses
• Introduce company services (Web Design, Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, IT Solutions)
• Identify client requirements and qualify leads
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
• Follow up via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Build strong client relationships
• Convert leads into paying customers

Requirements

• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in calling, telemarketing, customer support, or sales is a plus
• Knowledge of IT services (Web, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.) preferred
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
