The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, posting, and analyzing content across social media platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copy
- Design or coordinate visuals (posts, reels, stories)
- Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience
- Track performance using analytics and prepare reports
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes
- Collaborate with marketing, design, or sales teams
- Manage influencer collaborations (if required)
- Run and optimize paid social media ads (optional)
Required Skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creativity and trend awareness
- Understanding of major social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of analytics and insights
- Time management and consistency
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
