The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, posting, and analyzing content across social media platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar
  • Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copy
  • Design or coordinate visuals (posts, reels, stories)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience
  • Track performance using analytics and prepare reports
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, or sales teams
  • Manage influencer collaborations (if required)
  • Run and optimize paid social media ads (optional)

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Creativity and trend awareness
  • Understanding of major social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and insights
  • Time management and consistency
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing brand or business accounts
  • Knowledge of content marketing and branding
  • Basic photo/video editing skills
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
