Calling Center Interviewer

Job Summary
Interviewers will contact residents of Hawaii and Saipan to conduct scripted telephone interviews and gather critical data supporting public health initiatives in these communities. Calls are made on behalf of the Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH) and The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC).

NO SALES, TELEMARKETING OR PRODUCT PROMOTION

Responsibilities

• Conduct scripted telephone interviews to gather valuable data from respondents.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with respondent.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure market research decorum.

Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly.
• Proficient typing skills for effective data entry.
• Able to read from a preset script with ease.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in an evolving environment.

Regular Shifts

• Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm & 5pm-9pm
• Saturday: 9am-5pm

Hybrid: Interviewers are eligible for fully remote work after completing three consecutive months of at least 20 hours per week at our downtown Honolulu call center.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
