The Calling + Content Creator Executive will handle all patient-related calling activities (daily calls, follow-ups, lead conversion) while also creating engaging digital content for the hospital’s social media, website, and marketing campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, patient-handling ethics, and creativity in content development.

Key Responsibilities1. Calling Responsibilities Daily Calls

  • Make daily outbound calls to new inquiries and walk-in patients.
  • Provide clear information about hospital services, doctors, treatments, timings, and pricing.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.

Follow-Up Calls

  • Follow up with patients who booked appointments but have not visited.
  • Ensure post-treatment follow-ups to check patient recovery and satisfaction.
  • Gather patient feedback and escalate concerns if needed.

Lead Calls / Lead Management

  • Contact leads generated from ads, social media, website forms, and WhatsApp.
  • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication and nurturing.
  • Track lead stages and ensure high conversion rates.

2. Content Creation Responsibilities Social Media Content

  • Create posts, reels, stories, and promotional content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Write captions, doctor quotes, patient success stories, and educational posts about eye care.

Video & Photo Content

  • Assist in shooting patient testimonial videos, OPD/BTS content, and doctor interview clips.
  • Basic editing of photos & videos (using Canva, Cap Cut, etc.).

Website & Offline Content

  • Write blogs, FAQs, service descriptions for the hospital website.
  • Create brochures, posters, appointment reminder cards, and WhatsApp creatives.

Required Skills

  • Excellent Hindi & English communication.
  • Confident phone-handling & patient interaction skills.
  • Basic knowledge of eye treatments (training will be provided).
  • Content writing & creative thinking abilities.
  • Basic editing and social media management skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Graduate (Any field).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in calling, tele-counselling, or content creation (freshers may apply).
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

Performance Metrics

  • Daily call targets achieved.
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
  • Content consistency and quality.
  • Patient satisfaction feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
