Calling Executive

Ecom Trinity is looking for a Calling Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in call centers, customer service, or outbound calling, and be confident in handling professional conversations with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to communicate with clients, suppliers, or brands.
• Maintain a professional tone and ensure clear communication.
• Follow up on leads and record accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Experience in call center or telemarketing preferred.
• Confident, polite, and goal-oriented personality.
• Ability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
