Calling Support Staff (Female)

We are hiring Calling Support Staff (Female) to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10 am - 7pm

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to clients for payment recovery and service follow-ups.

* Update client information and call outcomes on CRM systems and Excel sheets.

* Resolve client queries and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.

* Maintain daily call logs and prepare reports for supervisors.

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of call center or customer relations experience.

* Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
