Job Description:

We are seeking a Calls QA Executive to monitor, evaluate, and improve calls handled by our sales and support teams. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with excellent listening and documentation skills.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of QA experience in call centers or sales teams
  • Strong analytical and call-monitoring skills
  • Ability to evaluate scripts, tone, accuracy, and compliance
  • Prepare QA reports and suggest improvements

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (Mon–Fri | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
