Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Calypso Consultant to join our Wealth & Asset Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional domain expertise with hands-on Calypso product knowledge, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions across front-to-back office processes

Key Responsibilities
*Stakeholder Management: Engage with portfolio managers, risk teams, operations, and compliance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
*Business Analysis: Document workflows for trade lifecycle, collateral management, risk analytics, and settlement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Calypso modules and workflows, tailoring solutions to Wealth & Asset Management needs.
*Integration Oversight: Coordinate integration projects with external systems (trading platforms, risk engines, settlement systems) using FIX, SWIFT, and APIs.
*Project Delivery: Lead UAT, training sessions, and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
*Process Expertise: Provide deep functional insights into derivatives, FX, fixed income, structured products, and regulatory reporting.
*Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
*12+ years of techno-functional experience with the Calypso platform.
*Hands-on expertise in Calypso configuration, workflows, and parameterization.
*Strong functional knowledge of trade lifecycle, risk management, collateral, and compliance processes.
*Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products.
*Technical understanding of Calypso APIs, SQL/Oracle databases, Unix/Linux scripting (for effective collaboration with technical teams).
*Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
*Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain projects.
*Exposure to Calypso upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
*Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
*Prior experience working in the Middle East financial services sector is a plus.
