Job Description

Achieve growth and sales targets as per the business plan.
 Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong
presence, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs.
 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition Status.
 Successfully and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization.
 Build strong network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long term vision
 Evolving suitable strategies to create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty.
 Plan advertising and promotional activities, including Social Media.
 Product positioning with long term vision.
 Coordination with various functional heads at plant and head office for timely execution of orders and financial
closure of deals.
 Handle quality issues and resolve customer complaints timely.
