To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the Cambridge curriculum for Level 2 students, fostering academic excellence, critical thinking, and holistic development in an after-school setting.
Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Learning
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Level 2 curriculum.
- Prepare students for Cambridge assessments, focusing on skill development and concept mastery.
- Integrate active learning strategies to encourage problem-solving, creativity, and independent thinking.
- Maintain appropriate records of student progress, assessments, and feedback.
2. Student Development
- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support or enrichment as required.
- Encourage and motivate students to develop confidence and a lifelong love for learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect and collaboration.
3. Curriculum & Resource Management
- Develop and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools as per Cambridge standards.
- Use appropriate technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
4. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and behavioral observations.
- Provide timely feedback to parents and guardians during meetings or through progress reports.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs for professional growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in an after-school learning environment.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and differentiated instruction.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master’s preferred).
- Cambridge teaching certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Cambridge/International curricula.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Working Hours:
- After-school program hours: [Specify timings, e.g., 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday].
- Additional hours may be required during examination periods or parent meetings.
