Cambridge Math Teacher -Grades 5 to 8

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Cambridge Checkpoint Mathematics Teacher to deliver high-quality mathematics instruction and prepare students for Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint assessments.

Level: Cambridge Lower Secondary (Grades 5–8)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach the Cambridge Lower Secondary Mathematics curriculum in line with Cambridge frameworks.
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that develop fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare students for Cambridge Checkpoint examinations using Cambridge-style assessments and past papers.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress using Cambridge standards and mark schemes.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment moderation, and departmental collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with parents and participate in school events and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Cambridge Lower Secondary / Checkpoint Mathematics preferred.
• Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
• Commitment to professional development and Cambridge best practices.

Notice period : 1 month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
