Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Subject Educator with strong academic grounding and experience in IGCSE, IB, or ICSE curricula.

This role is designed for educators who:

• Value conceptual depth over superficial coverage

The educator will work with a limited number of students (approximately 8–10), allowing for meaningful academic engagement and personalized strategy.

Core Responsibilities

1. Advanced Subject Instruction

• Deliver high-quality, concept-driven instruction aligned with:
• Cambridge IGCSE standards
• IB (MYP / DP) frameworks
• ICSE curriculum expectations
• Emphasize analytical thinking, application, and exam strategy
• Prepare structured practice material and assessments
• Guide students through complex problem-solving processes

2. Academic Strategy & Planning

• Develop individualized study roadmaps
• Design structured revision cycles before examinations
• Monitor syllabus coverage with depth and precision
• Support long-term academic planning rather than reactive preparation

3. Mentorship & Intellectual Development

• Cultivate disciplined study habits
• Strengthen independent thinking
• Encourage structured reasoning and clarity of expression
• Identify gaps in conceptual understanding early

4. Academic Monitoring & Documentation

• Maintain accurate progress records
• Track performance trends and improvement patterns
• Provide strategic academic insights to leadership
• Ensure academic workflows are followed consistently

5. Responsible Integration of Modern Learning Tools

• Guide students in using digital academic tools responsibly
• Encourage analytical use of AI-based tools for understanding
• Maintain academic integrity in all forms of work
• Ensure technology supports thinking, not replaces it

• Have experience teaching IGCSE, IB, or ICSE students

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in relevant subject (M.Sc / M.A / M.Tech preferred)
