CAMduct Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare duct shop drawings using CAMduct and AutoCAD.
• Input duct data for fabrication (sizes, fittings, materials).
• Optimize material usage and generate CNC cutting files.
• Coordinate with design and fabrication teams.
• Produce job packs, labels, and cutting schedules.
• Maintain CAMduct database and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Follow project specs and industry standards (e.g., SMACNA).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in nesting, unfolding, and machine programming.

Qualification:

• 1–3 years of experience in duct fabrication or HVAC drafting.
• Proficient in Autodesk CAMduct software
• Understanding of HVAC ductwork design and fabrication.
• Knowledge of sheet metal layout, cutting lists, and machine operations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software is an advantage.
