About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working, and creative person to join our team as a camera operator + content assistant. You do NOT need to be an experienced videographer — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What matters most: consistency, good energy, ability to take direction, and a willingness to learn.
You’ll be working directly with an influencer/creator, helping film:
- Short-form skits (TikTok/Instagram Reels)
- Lifestyle & behind-the-scenes content
- YouTube golf channel content (course vlogs, challenges, match videos)
What You’ll Do
- Film short-form content using iPhone + basic camera gear
- Follow simple shot lists + directions while filming
- Help brainstorm ideas + improve skit timing
- Assist with lighting, audio, and gear setup (we will train you)
- Help capture golf content on-course
- Occasionally help with organizing files + prepping for shoots

- Is comfortable filming people
- Has reliable transportation
- Bonus: basic editing skills (not required)
Schedule
- 1-2 shoot days per week to start (flexible based on weekly content plan)
- Most shoots are daytime or early afternoon
- Some occasional weekend shoots
Compensation
- $20/hour
- Room to grow quickly if you prove yourself
- Potential full-time salary + bonuses as the channel scales
