Camera Store Associate / Lab Tech (Camera Knowledge Preferred)

Cardinal Camera & Video Center is a family-run, 3rd-generation business with 88 years of history. We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Associate for our Ephrata, PA location who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Pay: From $15.00 per hour
• Job Type: Part-time (24–32 hours per week)
• Schedule: 3–4 days per week. Must be available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and retail sales support.
• Assist customers with digital printing kiosks.
• Operate and manage the digital photo printing lab.
• Demonstrate and sell professional camera equipment, including Mirrorless, Digital SLR, and point-and-shoot cameras.
• Assist with video equipment, lighting, and computer-related tasks.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a polished professional and motivated self-starter with the following qualifications:

• Experience: Prior retail sales and cash handling experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in the latest digital cameras, professional video equipment, and Adobe Photoshop/photo manipulation.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to perform product demonstrations.
• Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays.
