MEMC Facility Management Services is a leading service provider in Dubai, delivering high‑quality facility operations, workforce accommodation management, and support services. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Camp Boss with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Summary

The Camp Boss will oversee the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑organized living environment. This role requires strong coordination, people management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day‑to‑day camp operations.
  • Ensure accommodation facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room allocation, and staff movements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, utilities, and facility upkeep.
  • Manage camp inventory, including supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Handle staff concerns, resolve issues, and maintain discipline within the camp.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Oversee transportation schedules and support logistics when required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and camp infrastructure.
  • Reporting to the management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in accommodation management.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multicultural staff.
  • Good knowledge of camp safety, hygiene, and facility operations.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
