Camp Boss

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the labor camp.
• Supervise accommodation allocation, room occupancy, and resident records.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping standards throughout the camp.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and civil works.
• Monitor catering services and ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper storage.
• Supervise camp staff such as cleaners, cooks, security personnel, and maintenance workers.
• Maintain discipline among camp residents and enforce camp rules and regulations.
• Handle employee complaints and accommodation-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and municipality regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, washrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain inventory records for camp supplies, furniture, equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and worker movement when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp reports, attendance records, and occupancy reports.
• Ensure availability of first-aid facilities and support emergency response procedures.
• Liaise with HR, project teams, suppliers, and external authorities regarding camp matters.
• Monitor camp security and report any incidents, damages, or violations immediately.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in accommodation/facility management.
• Knowledge of labor camp operations and UAE regulations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.
