Job Summary

The Camp Boss / Time Keeper is responsible for the overall management of the project labor camp and accurate recording of manpower attendance, working hours, and overtime.

Key ResponsibilitiesCamp Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the labor camp, ensuring cleanliness, discipline, and orderly accommodation.
  • Allocate rooms and maintain updated camp occupancy records.
  • Coordinate with canteen, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure adequate supply of water, electricity, and camp consumables.
  • Address labor welfare issues and escalate serious matters to site management.

Time Keeping & Attendance

  • Record and report daily attendance of project site and camp personnel accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets in coordination with site supervisors.
  • Submit verified timesheets to HR / payroll within defined timelines.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and HSE officers regarding manpower deployment.
  • Maintain records of labor arrivals, demobilization, and transfers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Camp Boss or Time Keeper on construction or solar projects.
  • Experience in Oman and driving licnese is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of labor regulations and worker welfare standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO400.000 per month
