Camp Coordinator

• Identify potential locations for medical camps (Corporates, Schools, Residential Communities, Industries & NGOs).
• Plan and schedule health camps in consultation with hospital management.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Doctors, Nursing, Lab, Pharmacy & Marketing) for resource allocation.
• Arrange necessary medical equipment, logistics, and consumables for camps.
• Supervise on-site camp activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure patient registration, consultation flow, and data collections are properly managed.
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and patient service standards during camps.
• Handle patient queries and provide information about hospital services.
• Promote hospital health packages and specialty services during camps.
• Coordinate follow-ups for patients requiring further consultation or procedures at the hospital.
• Maintain records of camp details, patient footfall, referrals, and conversions.
• Prepare camp performance reports and submit to management.
• Maintain database of corporate and community contacts.
