In this role, you’ll start by helping us get prepared for the season while learning how you will serve as the friendly face of the campground, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and maintaining the grounds to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about amenities, activities, and local attractions to enhance their stay
• Manage reservation bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, cleaning common areas, and minor repairs to keep the campground safe and inviting
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Enforce campground rules and policies in a friendly yet firm manner to promote a respectful environment
• Collaborate with team members to organize events or activities that engage guests and foster community spirit

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse range of guests from various backgrounds but not necessary
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is beneficial for delivering outstanding guest services
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, front desk procedures, and guest relations practices would be helpful but not a prerequisite.
• Experience in similar outdoor recreation settings is advantageous for understanding guest needs in a natural environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating maintenance tools comfortably
