Campaign Assessment Analyst

We are seeking a Campaign Assessment Analyst to support SOCCENT in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is for a self-starter who understands SOF, can quickly integrate into a team, and confidently take ownership of campaign and partner force assessments.

You will support senior leaders by delivering qualitative and quantitative analysis that informs campaigning, planning, and resourcing decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Support CCMD/component G/S/J5 strategy, planning, and assessment processes
• Support G/S/J3 current and future operations, GFM, and resource prioritization
• Conduct campaign and partner force assessments
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from SITREPs, OPSUMs, intelligence reporting, open-source media, and other sources
• Apply analytic frameworks to structured and unstructured data
• Support HHQ assessment data calls and OAI planning processes
• Generate and manage TMTs
• Develop executive-level briefings and written products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting:
• CCMD or component G/S/J5 staffs (strategy, planning, assessments)
• G/S/J3 functions (current/future ops, GFM, resource prioritization)
• Experience supporting campaign and partner force assessments
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word beyond the typical user level
• Experience collecting and synthesizing data from disparate sources
• Demonstrated ability to organize, clean, and analyze complex datasets
• Ability to rapidly assume ownership of tasks and operate with minimal supervision
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
