Job Summary
The Campaign Growth Planner is responsible for leading end-to-end planning and execution of all platform campaigns at TheSkinFit. This is a self-driven role that owns campaign strategy, pricing alignment, brand and SKU shortlisting, homepage/category banner planning, and coordination with all departments to ensure successful execution and sales growth.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of independently driving campaign performance with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
* Plan full campaign structure including homepage banners, category pages, brand landing pages, and hero placements.
* Create campaign mechanics, pricing strategies, and brand/SKU shortlists aligned with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Define campaign targets (GMV, conversion, visibility KPIs) and track progress throughout the campaign cycle.
* Build master campaign calendars and ensure alignment across teams.
Execution & Cross-Department Coordination
* Communicate campaign expectations to Commercial/Category teams for pricing, stock, and discount planning.
* Brief creative, social media, CRM, and performance marketing teams for complete 360° visibility.
* Coordinate with the website/UX team to ensure timely updates of banners, modules, sliders, collections, keywords, and landing pages.
* Lead the execution flow from planning to go-live, ensuring all assets, content, SKUs, and prices are ready.
* Maintain campaign trackers to monitor SKU readiness, pricing accuracy, and brand commitments.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
* Monitor campaign performance in real time (traffic, CTR, conversions, GMV).
* Conduct post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Identify growth opportunities through SKU curation, visibility optimization, bundle ideas, and competitive pricing.
* Build case studies for successful campaigns to replicate winning models.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning, growth, onsite merchandising, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
* Good understanding of online merchandising, homepage planning, CRM assets, and digital campaign structure.
* Strong communication and coordination skills to lead cross-team execution.
* Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
