Key Responsibilities
1. Own the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns including concept planning, execution, launch, and closure
2. Plan and manage campaigns for UAE festivals and occasions such as Ramadan, Eid, Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, National Day, DSF, and showroom inaugurations
3. Coordinate campaigns across social media, WhatsApp Business, website, in-store branding, malls, and outdoor media
4. Align campaign objectives with business goals such as footfall, conversions, and revenue
5. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and retail staff to ensure smooth execution across all branches
6. Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube
Campaign Tracking & Management
1. Maintain a centralized campaign tracker covering all live, upcoming, and completed campaigns
2. Monitor campaign timelines, creatives, media placements, and branch-level execution
3. Keep a detailed record of campaign performance, learnings, and outcomes
4. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to identify what worked and what can be improved
5. Compare performance across locations, platforms, and campaign types
6. Create processes to track queries to conversion ratio with the sales team
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Campaign Manager in the UAE jewellery retail industry
2. Strong understanding of Dubai consumer behavior (local, expat, tourist segments)
3. Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel retail campaigns
4. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
5. Strong organizational, reporting, and presentation skills
