Campaign Manager / Media Buyer Performance Marketing

We’re on an hiring drive and looking for performance-first Media Buyers / Campaign Managers.

If you have hands-on Search Feed experience (Tonic, Maximizer, or similar) and strong command over Meta Ads, this role is built for you.

What you will do (Day-to-Day responsibilities)

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Search Feed campaigns
• Platforms like Tonic, Maximizer, and similar AFS/RSOC networks
• Driving performance across multiple platform.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads with a focus on experimentation, audience growth, and ROI optimization.
• Create and manage high-performing campaigns across Meta , Google Ads
• Execute A/B tests, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for improved conversions.
• Utilize audience insights, custom segments, and bidding strategies for better results.
• Leverage custom and look-a-like audiences to reach relevant user groups.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights and performance reports.
• Stay ahead of evolving ad trends, tools, and best practices across platforms.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• 1–3 years of experience managing Display and Performance Max Campaigns
• Proven Search Feed experience:
• Hands-on with Tonic, Maximizer, or similar feed-based platforms is mandatory
• You must have Meta Ads experience. Proven ability to plan and execute across Meta.
• A creative approach to ad copy, visuals, and engagement strategies
• Comfortable scaling and optimizing campaigns with strong audience and conversion focus.

Added advantage, if you have:

• Experience with Google Ads
• Exposure to Taboola or TikTok Ads
• Understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversion optimization
• Experience across lead-gen or performance-driven verticals
