Duties
- Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising.
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to enhance organic search visibility and improve website ranking.
- Optimize campaign performance through conversion rate optimization techniques and analytics-driven insights.
- Create engaging content for various channels using copywriting skills and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Maintain and update content management systems like WordPress and ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices.
- Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product management to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, SEM strategies, and emerging technologies to continuously refine campaign tactics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on campaign management, SEO, SEM, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
- Skilled in content creation—including copywriting—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
