Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Campaign Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize bulk messaging campaigns across RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS channels. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end campaign planning, audience segmentation, message creation, delivery management, and performance tracking to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute bulk messaging campaigns across RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign content, creatives, and approval.
- Manage message templates, broadcast lists, and platform dashboards (like Gupshup, Kaleyra, Twilio, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (delivery, open, click, and response rates).
- Work with CRM and automation tools for lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with TRAI, DLT, and data privacy regulations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to evaluate campaign success.
- Suggest and implement strategies to enhance communication efficiency and user engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or bulk messaging campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, RCS platforms, and SMS gateways.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, telecom, or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of DLT registration process and sender ID management.
- Familiarity with tools like Gupshup, Infobip, Kaleyra, Twilio, or MessageBird.
