Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Camp Boss for our hospitality company in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s labor accommodation facilities and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized living environment for workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the labor camp
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of camp facilities
• Coordinate food distribution and monitor quality standards
• Maintain discipline and address workers’ concerns
• Manage room allocation and occupancy records
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor accommodation standards
• Candidates should have HACCP 4 certificate

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Camp Boss in a hospitality company
• Good knowledge of labor camp management in UAE
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel & reporting)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle large workforce accommodation
