Campground Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview

Tohickon Family Campground is seeking a dependable, hands-on Campground Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our campground.

This is a working supervisor position, meaning you will both perform maintenance work and lead maintenance staff and projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, make sound decisions, prioritize repairs, and lead others to ensure the campground remains safe, clean, and operating at a high standard.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, leads by example, communicates effectively, and can successfully manage maintenance priorities without constant supervision.

A year-round RV site with utilities included is provided as part of the compensation package, making this an excellent opportunity for an RV owner seeking stable, long-term employment in a beautiful outdoor environment.
