The Camping ,Fishing, Sporting Goods sales associate is well-versed in camping, fishing and hunting department knowledge. Is highly knowledgeable in sporting goods products and is a resource for customers and fellow employees. The sales associate not only assists customers but also puts out merchandise from back stock and freight from receiving, keeping the department full and tidy.

  • Customer service priority and selling priority
  • Teamwork oriented with the ability to work in a learning environment
  • Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Strong sense of pride and responsibility for the maintenance of department areas
  • Ensure sales floor readiness for customers to include restocking and assistance with new product arrivals to prepare for sale as needed

Job Description and Details:

  • Part-time 2-5 days/week 12 - 28 hours/week. Full-time (4-5 days, 36-40 hrs/week), must be available to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Full-time available starting at $15-16.50/hr DOE and excellent benefits.
