Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and collaborative Campus Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic activities of our Karachi campuses. Operating at the intersection of student academics, admissions, customer service, and career services, you will hold direct responsibility for maintaining a high-performance campus ecosystem.
In this multi-functional role, you will lead a dedicated team of administrative and customer support staff, supervise student lifecycle metrics, audit compliance records, and maintain an outstanding, premium campus environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational capability with a student-first mindset, bringing a minimum of 3 years of experience in private post-secondary or vocational education.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Daily Campus Operations
- Manage, coordinate, and streamline daily campus operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflows between Student Academics, Admissions, Student Services, and Career Support.
- Assist in the strategic development, rollout, and implementation of academic training plans, culinary lab timetables, and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate daily workflows and customer service processes, making proactive operational adjustments to maximize student satisfaction and efficiency.
2. Student Services, Grievance Resolution & Auditing
- Take ultimate ownership of resolving student grievances, addressing concerns or dissatisfaction with high empathy, professionalism, and decisive corrective actions.
- Oversee and audit the maintenance of precise student records, academic portfolios, progress reports, and enrollment/financial clearance documentation.
- Cultivate a disciplined yet highly supportive campus culture that balances structural policies with strong student engagement and positive retention.
3. Strategic Metrics, Alliances & Placements
- Monitor, drive, and report on key campus metrics, including student retention rates, new enrollments, quarterly program rollouts, and graduate employment statistics.
- Build and maintain a strong professional rapport with external educational institutions, school counselors, employment agencies, and hospitality industry partners.
- Plan, host, and successfully execute annual career fairs, graduation ceremonies, guest speaker sessions, and promotional student events.
- Coordinate student placement efforts with corporate linkage divisions, aligning local outcomes with international hiring standards and strategic employment pathways.
4. Team Leadership & Policy Implementation
- Supervise, mentor, and develop campus administrative and customer support staff, facilitating professional growth opportunities to improve individual capabilities.
- Manage staff performance against departmental targets, job accountabilities, and established organizational goals.
- Thoroughly understand, establish, and implement all policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and administrative guidelines established for the institute.
5. Campus Facilities & Safety Management
- Maintain an attractive, modern, clean, and highly secure campus environment that reflects Skillston’s premium brand standards.
- Supervise facilities management, ensuring classrooms, public spaces, and specialized culinary/baking kitchen labs are fully maintained, operational, and safe.
Job Skills & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience (Required).
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of active operational, coordination, or administrative management experience inside a reputable private post-secondary education setup, vocational training academy, or higher education institution (Required).
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for scheduling, performance reporting, and database management.
- Experience working with School Management Systems (SMS) or basic ERP platforms is highly advantageous.
- Language Proficiency:
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a diplomatic, mentoring-first approach to leadership.
