Hi there! We're the children from Only About Children McDowall and our days are busy, bright, and bursting with ideas!

We have a veggie garden, flower beds buzzing with bees, trees tall enough for secret whispers, and six rooms full of paint, puzzles, giggles, and a lot of imagination. We're looking for a grown up who can keep up - a leader who turns busy mornings into bright adventures, guides our educators, and helps us dream, build, and discover something new every day.

As Campus Director, you will:

• Lead a campus full of energy and ideas.
• Shape a culture where learning is fun, challenges are celebrated, and teamwork rules.
• Take part in our brand new 2025 Campus Director Program.

Why Now

OAC has received approval for the Worker Retention Payment - an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026.
