Role: Campus Experience Coordinator (McDonough Campus)

Primary Purpose: is primarily responsible for creating an excellent experience for guests and Dream Team. This role supports the campus by accommodating and connecting guests to their next steps, managing café supplies inventory for guests and staff, managing dream team rosters and assisting in multiplying leaders. This role is also responsible for providing administrative and operational support in coordination with their team’s efforts to further the mission of Turning Point Church.
General Responsibilities (but not limited to the following):
- Oversee the check-in process for guests to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience.
- Monitor and restock supplies for first-time guests, café items, and other hospitality materials throughout the building.
- Help lead the campus, ensuring all worship services run smoothly and our guests feel valued and recognized.
- Manage and support volunteer teams, including those in the Welcome Area, Greeters, Ushers, Hospitality, and Parking.
- Develop leaders and connect guests to volunteer teams, encouraging meaningful involvement.
- Implement and maintain the systems and processes for operations, cultural standards, volunteer leadership, and financial health in the areas you manage.
- Oversee follow up systems for first-time guests.
- Manage dream team databases to ensure rosters are current and up to date.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of First Impressions, Volunteer Coordination or similar work/ministry experience
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- High-level networking/relational strengths
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in google suite
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
