Campus Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Campus Head to lead and manage our school campus in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring high-quality academic standards, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe, positive, and productive learning environment. The Campus Head will also serve as a key liaison between the school, parents, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the school campus.
• Ensure effective implementation of the academic curriculum and co-curricular programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and student-centered campus environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing concerns and building strong school–home relationships.
• Manage budgets, resources, and campus facilities efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership and management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of educational curriculum, student assessment, and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Prior experience in school administration is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
