American Lycetuff DNK School System is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and visionary Campus Head to lead the academic and administrative operations of one of its campuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, staff development, student success, and overall campus growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee all academic and administrative functions of the campus.
  • Ensure the implementation of school policies, academic standards, and operational procedures.
  • Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve institutional goals.
  • Monitor curriculum delivery, classroom performance, and student outcomes.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
  • Manage parent relations and address concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Oversee admissions, enrollment growth, and student retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and organizational policies.
  • Prepare reports and coordinate with the Head Office regarding campus performance and development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.
  • Strong understanding of academic management, school operations, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
